While most of the attention is on Anderson Silva defending his UFC middleweight title against Patrick Cote on Saturday's UFC 90 card in Chicago, some of the undercard fights may generate more interest.
In the grudge match of the night, Hermes Franca of Jupiter fights his former teacher, Marcus Aurelio, of American Top Team Coconut Creek. The two Brazilians are not on speaking terms and no longer train together.
Aurelio, 35, (16-6) is coming off a unanimous-decision loss to Tyson Griffin in July and looking to bounce back against Franca (19-7), who lost his last two fights to Sean Sherk and Frankie Edgar.
Aurelio refuses to get into any trash talking about Franca, saying only it's a big fight for both of the Brazilian jiu-jitsu masters.
